Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 August 2025
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. We are a UK company selling goods which are made to order. Please read these Terms carefully.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Returns & Refunds Policy] and [Privacy Policy] (together, the “Contract”). Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
1) About us & how to contact us
AI HUMANIX TECHNOLOGIES LTD t/a WelcomeArtist (www.welcomeArtist.com) (“we”, “us”, “our”)
Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street
Covent Garden
London
WC2H 9JQ
UNITED KINGDOM
Email: Here
Company Number 16656949
We are the contracting party for all orders placed on this website, even if manufacturing/fulfilment is performed by third‑party partners.
2) Eligibility and consumer status
This website is intended for consumers purchasing for personal use. If you are buying for business purposes, different terms may apply—please contact us before ordering. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3) Contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order acknowledgement; however, a binding contract forms only when we accept your order (usually when we charge your payment method and/or send a shipping confirmation). We may decline or cancel all or part of an order (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing/availability errors, or policy violations). Any pre‑authorisations will be released according to your bank’s timelines.
4) Products, POD specifics & tolerances
4.1 Made‑to‑order: All goods are produced after you place an order. Product images/mockups are illustrative only.
4.2 Reasonable variations: Minor variations in colour, placement, size, and material may occur due to on‑screen display differences and manufacturing tolerances typical of POD workflows. We consider variations within normal commercial tolerances as not defects.
4.3 Care instructions: Follow all care and safety instructions supplied with the product and on the product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper washing/cleaning, exposure to extreme temperatures, or unauthorised modification.
4.4 Safety notes (examples): Drinkware may be hot; check temperature before use. Unless we state otherwise on the product page, assume items are hand‑wash only and not suitable for microwave, dishwasher, or oven use. Keep small parts/plastic packaging away from children and pets.
5) Pricing, taxes & billing
5.1 Prices: Prices are shown on the website at the time of ordering. We may change prices at any time before acceptance of your order. Obvious pricing errors are not binding.
5.2 Taxes & duties: Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your shipping destination. For orders delivered outside the UK you may be the importer of record and responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees and compliance with import laws. If applicable, these charges are not included at checkout unless stated.
5.3 Payment: You authorise us to charge your selected payment method when you place your order. We may use third‑party payment processors; their terms may apply.
6) Order changes & cancellations (pre‑production)
Because items are made to order, we start production shortly after acceptance. You can request changes or cancellation before production begins; after that, change‑of‑mind cancellations are not guaranteed (your legal cancellation rights in the EU/UK are explained in our [Returns & Refunds Policy]).
7) Delivery, risk & title
7.1 Delivery estimates: Any delivery dates shown are estimates only. We aren’t liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure below).
7.2 Risk & title: Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided. Title passes when we receive full payment.
7.3 Undeliverable packages: If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, non‑collection, or refusal, we may refund the item price (less shipping) or reship at your cost, subject to our [Returns & Refunds Policy].
8) Returns, refunds & faulty goods
Your rights for change‑of‑mind returns and faulty goods differ by region. Please review our [Returns & Refunds Policy] for the minimum rights that apply (including the EU/UK 14‑day cancellation right for non‑personalised goods and the UK Consumer Rights Act remedies). Nothing in these Terms restricts those rights.
9) Content, intellectual property & acceptable use
9.1 Our IP: All content on the site (designs, images, logos, text) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9.2 Your content (if/when personalisation is offered): If we offer personalisation in future, you are responsible for ensuring you own or have the right to use any content you submit and that it does not infringe third‑party rights, is not unlawful, harmful, or offensive. You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce and modify your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and operating the service.
9.3 Third‑party IP complaints: If you believe your IP has been used on our site without permission, contact our support with details.
10) Promotions & discount codes
Promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time before you place an order. Only one promotion/discount code may be used per order unless we state otherwise. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively.
11) Warranties & disclaimers (consumer transparency)
11.1 As provided: Except as expressly set out in these Terms and as required by law, goods and services are provided as is.
11.2 No promise of suitability: We do not warrant that products will meet your particular requirements or be fit for any purpose unless expressly described on the product page.
11.3 Statutory rights preserved: Nothing in this section affects rights you have under mandatory law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for EU residents, the EU legal guarantee regime).
12) Liability
12.1 We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 for defective products).
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to 12.1, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions and limit our aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Contract to the total amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
12.3 We will not be liable for:
(a) indirect, special or consequential loss;
(b) loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
(c) loss or corruption of data;
(d) harm arising from misuse, failure to follow care/safety instructions, or unauthorised modification of the goods;
(e) minor variations or tolerances inherent to POD production (see Section 4.2);
(f) delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12.4 Health & safety: Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for harm resulting from improper use of items such as mugs, drinkware, textiles, or decorative items (including burns from hot liquids, breakage due to dropping/impact, or use in appliances contrary to the care instructions).
13) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock‑outs, industrial action, utility or transport failures, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, pandemics, compliance with any law or governmental order, accidents, breakdown of plant or machinery, fires, floods, storms, or failures of suppliers or carriers. If such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and perform our obligations as soon as reasonably practicable.
14) Third‑party services & fulfilment partners
We may use third‑party providers (including manufacturers, couriers, payment processors) to deliver parts of the service. We are not responsible for their independent policies or acts/omissions we do not control. Your contract for the sale of goods remains with AI Humanix technologies LTD.
15) International customers
Orders shipped outside your home jurisdiction may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and import restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring the goods can be lawfully imported and for paying any associated charges. We are not liable for delays or seizures at customs.
16) Personal data & privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. This includes sharing data with fulfilment, payment, and logistics partners as necessary to process and deliver your order and to prevent fraud. Please review the Privacy Policy before placing an order.
Meta advertising and measurement
We use Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, Conversions API, to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand how visitors interact with our website, create audiences, and show relevant adverts on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta services.
When you visit our website or interact with our services, Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, purchases, and other website events. Where applicable, we may also share limited customer information such as email address, phone number, name, city, postcode or country in a hashed form for matching, measurement and advertising purposes.
Meta may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policy, including to provide advertising, measurement and analytics services. You can learn more about how Meta uses data in Meta’s Privacy Policy and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
We only use non-essential advertising cookies and similar technologies, including Meta Pixel, where required after you have given consent through our cookie banner or privacy preferences.
Advertising and remarketing cookies
With your consent, we use advertising cookies and similar technologies such as the Meta Pixel to understand the effectiveness of our ads and to show you more relevant adverts on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. These technologies may track your activity on our website, such as pages viewed, products viewed, cart activity and purchases.
You can accept, reject or change your cookie choices at any time using our cookie preferences tool.
17) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order will be the version in force at the time you placed the order. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date when changes are made.
18) Complaints & dispute resolution
18.1 Informal resolution. Before starting any formal action, you agree to email Here and allow 30 days for us to resolve the issue informally (this doesn’t limit any non-waivable rights).
18.2 Governing law. This Contract (and non-contractual obligations) is governed by the laws of England and Wales. For EU/EEA consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply where required.
18.3 Courts. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer domiciled in the EU/EEA, nothing here deprives you of any right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that right exists under applicable consumer law.
18.4 US residents – class/representative actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved on an individual basis; class, collective or representative actions are waived. (This clause does not apply where prohibited by law.)
19) Other important terms
19.1 Severance: If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, the rest remains in force.
19.2 No waiver: A delay in enforcing our rights does not waive them.
19.3 Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under the Contract to another organisation. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
19.4 Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the [Returns & Refunds Policy] and [Privacy Policy], are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.
